In my work, the Golden Section becomes more than a mathematical proportion: it becomes a quiet structure through which the visible and the invisible can meet. The ratio ( Phi approx 1.618 ), echoed in the unfolding movement of the Fibonacci spiral, connects the geometry of the circle and the square with the organic rhythms of nature, growth, and transformation.
Within the painting, this principle is not used as a rigid formula but as an intuitive field of balance. Forms emerge, expand, and return; movement settles into stillness, while stillness contains the possibility of movement. Through colour, material, proportion, and light, the work traces a passage between chaos and order, the earthly and the spiritual, matter and consciousness.
The Golden Section thus becomes a metaphor for temporal cycles and inner change—a visual language of becoming. It invites the viewer to slow down and enter a space where geometry is felt rather than calculated, and where harmony is not understood as perfection, but as a living equilibrium. The Fibonacci Sequence approaches The Golden Ratio allowing the spiral to remain an image of continual growth and unfolding.
